Dusit International has built and developed 4 star resort in Pattaya, and other areas in Thailand, but its very first in Vietnam is in a popular tourist destination in Vietnam— a place called PhuQuoc. It is rather known for its beaches, fresh seafood, rainforests, pearl farms, and coral reefs.
It is also located near PhuQuoc National Park, which is part of the Kien Giant Biosphere Reserve designated by the Unesco. It is also near the Bai Sao beach, the Dinh Can night market, and traditional temples surrounding the area.
The upper-midscale hotel is located in the west coast, overlooking Bai Truong beach with more than 20 kilometres of beach popularly known as Long Beach. The property is also a short drive away from Duong To town centre and the PhuQuoc airport.
Inside the Resort
The resort’s decor is influenced by a combination of Thai Heritage and Vietnam’s local and cultural traditions. The property houses a total of 108 guest rooms, with 32-square metredeluxe rooms and 90-square metre suits, says general manager Markus Lohenstein.
Accommodating the Tourists
As a rising hub for tourists from all around the world, the country’s tourism ministry aims to reach 500,000 foreign tourists in PhuQuoc alone. They plan to achieve this through promotions and developing tourism products.
The PhuQuoc airport has also recently opened direct routes to the UK, Sweden, Germany, Finland, Russia, China, South Korea, and Thailand. Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi can now be accessed through this airport. International visitors can enjoy up to 30 days in the island with visa exception grants.
